The course is an accurate 5K that starts and finishes close to the clubhouse.  The start is at the top of Keith Road followed by two laps around the circuit highlighted before finishing near the Club car park at the junction with Station Road. Other than at the start and finish, there will be no marshals or route markers on the course, however there will be sufficient time beforehand for an optional one lap warm-up, providing first timers with an opportunity to become familiar with the route. The course record of 16:54 was set by Colin Aldous in March 2001

Previous Winners

1. The series is intended for the benefit of Hayes and Harlington Club members, however each race will be open to a limited number of guests. All we ask is that we are informed in advance so that appropriate arrangements can be made.

2. Each race is a stand-alone competition with a trophy for the first runner to finish. There is no points structure, league table or annual award.

3. Handicaps are based on the best finishing time recorded over the course during the series. Where no previous time is available and estimated time will be estimated. In all cases the handicapper's word is final!
